Journal SERB LEGAL THOUGHT is available in open access mode. Articles published in the journal can be downloaded free of charge from the journal's website and used under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.

Self-archiving
SERB LEGAL THOUGHT encourages self-archiving and allows authors to deposit the accepted, peer-reviewed version of the manuscript, as well as the final, published version (publisher's version), in PDF format in the institutional repository and / or non-commercial databases, to publish it on personal websites. including profiles on social networks for scientists, and / or on the website of the institution where they are employed, in accordance with the provisions of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License, at any time after publication in the journal. The basic bibliographic data on the article published in the journal (authors, title of the journal, year, volume, pagination), preferably the publisher, and the identifier of the digital object - DOI of the published article in the form of an HTML link must be stated.
