CONTRACT ON TRAVEL HEALTH INSURANCE

Abstract

The analysis of travel health insurance contracts in the Republic of Serbia, as well as in the Republic of Srpska, is of great importance for all of us, regardless of whether we are insured or injured parties. The importance is reflected in the increased number of contracts that are concluded every day, due to frequent trips of any kind. The aim of this paper is to understand and develop the need for travel health insurance contracts, its contribution to the safety of policyholders, the innovation of insurance companies and sales strategies, as well as the improvement of customer relations. Thanks to the development of new technologies in combination with quality work experience, a new perspective opens in the area of ​​protecting clients, servicing their needs, improving the claims compensation process, as well as reducing insurance fraud.
