REVIEW OF THE BOOK: DUŠKO MEDIĆ, THE RIGHT TO SECURITY OF CLAIMS

Abstract

Prof. Dr. DUŠKO MEDIĆ was born in 1953 in Banja Luka. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Banja Luka in 1977 and received his master's degree in February 2002. He received his doctorate in Novi Sad in December 2004. He built his judicial career from an internship in the Basic Court in Banja Luka to becoming a judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Srpska. Previously, he also held the position of Deputy Public Prosecutor of the Republic of Srpska.
