Abstract

The very title of the book indicates the topicality of its content, but also the complexity of the issues dealt with in general. Author doc. Radomir Nešković, Ph.D., with the book UNFINISHED STATE - POLITICAL SYSTEM OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA, approaches the basic issues of the creation, organization and functioning of the state in Bosnia and Herzegovina in an interesting way. In the first part of the book, the author deals with the basic elements of national identities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and their forms, searching for the causes of today's national identities. The author had no intention of historically elaborating on the mentioned matter, which has been systematically covered in the works of many authors, but his dealing with historical facts was for the purpose of finding the basic elements of national identities that have survived through time until today.
