Abstract

It is the task of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the sense of Article VI/3c) of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to answer the question of the applicant whether the law, the validity of which depends on its decision, is compatible with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this decision, the Constitutional Court will not give the regular court any opinions and instructions regarding the resolution of the specific case for which the request was submitted, since the issue of application and interpretation of substantive law is within the competence of the regular courts.
