The constitutional period in Bosnia and Herzegovina began in 1910 with the adoption of the State Constitution (statute) and lasted until the outbreak of the First World War in 1914. It is also the period when there are significant political realignments caused by different approaches of political groups to certain issues that had a social, economic, social, national and ultimately state-legal character. Also, there is a tightening of national and confessional relations. Events in the Parliament very often reflected the political situation in the country. Political conflicts in the Parliament were used by the Land Government and the joint Ministry of Finance in order to secure Austro-Hungarian interests.
