Abstract
The question of the adequacy of the criteria on the basis of which the status of a representative trade union, that is, an employer's association, as legitimate participants in the conclusion of the General Collective Agreement is determined, is exclusively a matter of legislative policy that the Constitutional Court is not competent to assess.
