Adjudication liability of the business owner can be limited or unlimited. The limited form of liability gives the business owner the opportunity to share the business risk in legal transactions with a third party, and not to be the sole guarantor of the performance of the obligation. In the tripartite relationship between the business owner, the subordinate and a third party, it was necessary to create an effective mechanism to protect the interests of third parties and to set a boundary between the owner's personal property and the property invested in the business venture. Under what conditions and to what extent is the business owner liable to third parties and is it stricto sensu limited liability of the business owner?
