Abstract

In the edition of "Grafomark" Laktaša, an extremely important book "Anti-discrimination labor legislation in Bosnia and Herzegovina" was published, authored by Assoc. Dr. Aleksandre Vuković. This book is a reworked version of the doctoral dissertation - "Anti-discrimination labor legislation in Bosnia and Herzegovina", which was defended on March 20, 2015 at the Faculty of Law of the University of East Sarajevo, before the Commission composed of: prof. Dr. Jasminka Gradaščević Sijerčić - mentor, emeritus prof. Dr. Sead Dedić and Prof. Dr. Predrag Dimitrijević. The book is one of the first, if not the only one, which comprehensively, scientifically and systematically deals with anti-discrimination labor legislation in the last few decades.
