Abstract

The textbook "Criminal procedural law, general part" was recently published by the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica. The authors are Dr. Tadija Bubalović, associate professor of criminal procedural law and international criminal law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Rijeka and Dr. Nezir Pivić, assistant professor at the Department of Criminal Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica and deputy minister of justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The reviewers are Academician Miodrag Simović, Ph.D., full professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka and judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Zvonimir Tomić, Ph.D., full professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Sarajevo.
