Abstract

At the end of 2015, a textbook by Assistant Professor Ranko Vulić, intended for students of the Faculty of Law at the University of Banja Luka, appeared before us, entitled "Financial Law". The author's intention was, as he emphasizes, to present a national legal discipline, which studies legal regulations related to the collection, distribution, management and spending of funds in order to meet the needs of a particular state.
