Abstract

The paper analyzes the establishment and organization of a new judicial authority for the resolution of patent disputes in Europe - the Unified Patent Court. tent disputes in Europe. The second part presents the legal acts on which the work of the Unified Patent Court is based. These are the Agreement on the Unified Patent Court and the Draft Rules of Procedure of the Unified Patent Court. The third part of the paper discusses the organization of the Unified Patent Court. Special attention is paid to the method of selecting judges, the structure of the Unified Patent Court and the language in which proceedings are conducted before the Unified Patent Court.
