Abstract

Readers are presented with the scientific book "The Legal Theory of Credit", which is the first publication of its kind written by Dr. Zoran Vasiljević. The book resulted from a research project undertaken by the author through the preparation and realization of his doctoral dissertation "Commercial legal aspects of credit-credit contract". In this book, which we are presenting, the author rounded up only one unit from his doctoral research, which includes a theoretical analysis of credit transactions. As the author informs us, already on the first pages of the presented work, and which is known not only to the legal community but to the general public, the subject of the research is very popular and we would add, in recent times, a controversial issue. Therefore, everyone welcomes the analysis that the author conducts on the relationship between loan transactions and the loan agreement.
