THE CONCEPT OF NORMATIVE GLOBALIZATION

Abstract

Normative globalization is considered in this paper from a legal-theoretical aspect, bearing in mind the essence that this process entails. To that end, an extensive analysis of the process of globalization and the process of normative globalization will be presented. That process, as will be seen, is only one of the segments of the globalization idea. The idea of this paper is to provide the reader with a more detailed description of the characteristics of the process of normative globalization so that the effect of this process can be properly understood.
