Prof. Dr. Miodrag N. Simović and Assoc. Dr. Mile Šikman CRIMINAL LEGAL RESPONSE TO SERIOUS FORMS OF CRIMINALITY

Abstract

In the first half of 2017, the publication of the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka published a monograph by academician Miodrag Simović, PhD, judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and full professor at the Faculty of Law in Banja Luka, and Mila Šikman, PhD, head of the Directorate for Police Education in Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Srpska and assistant professor of the Faculty of Law in Banja Luka. At first glance, it can be seen that it is a capital work, both in terms of content and scope. Namely, the monograph is 813 pages in standard B5 format, the content of which includes the basic branches of criminal law in combating the most serious forms of crime, including terrorism, organized crime and corruption.
