Abstract

The previous year, when it comes to substantive criminal legislation, was marked by extensive changes, which resulted in the adoption of a new legal text in this area - the Criminal Code of the Republic of Srpska. The legal text was amended both in the matter of the general part and the special part. The special part in particular has undergone major changes which, as the authors of the book which is the subject of presentation in the Preface point out, are the result of "the need to modernize our criminal legislation and harmonize it with solutions in European criminal legislation and relevant international acts and documents of the European Union".
