Abstract

In this paper, the author deals with the issue of the validity and admissibility of evidence produced abroad by judicial authorities for the purposes of domestic criminal proceedings. Based on the content of the regulations that regulate this procedure, it points to certain legal situations and possible problems, the ways to solve them and the court's actions in those cases.
