Abstract

Recently, the publication of the Center for Publications of the Faculty of Law of the University of Niš published the monograph "Hate Crime", authored by Dr. Darko Dimovski, associate professor of the Faculty of Law of the University of Niš. In this way, Dimovski joined the very small number of works published in our country on the problems of hate crimes - to fill an unacceptable gap in a somewhat neglected area of more serious theoretical discussion on this issue.
